Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original, unopened, packaging with any enclosed documentation..
Please note, Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
- You must notify us by email that you wish to return the product/s.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges).

Non-Returnable Items.
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that are non-returnable. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Any Clearance or sale items
- Items that have been assembled or modified
Retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
